Trusted Device
A trusted device is a security feature in Workday for devices you use frequently, such as your personal mobile phone, tablet or home computer.
When logging into Workday and a "Remember Device?" option is displayed:
Click checkbox next to Remember this device.
Click Submit.
This screen will only appear the first time you log into the device. Do not click the checkbox for a public computer or device that you do not control.
If you log into another device, you will receive an email from the system asking if you have used another device. If you did log in, then you do not have to take any further steps. If you did not log into the device, you must follow the instructions to contact the Workday administrator and notify them of the possible security breach.
